PositionKit

Live

A positioning generator for founders who can’t write their own homepage.

Why I built it

PositionKit came from noticing how many smart operators and customer-facing people struggle to position themselves clearly online when trying to transition into more technical or strategic roles. A lot of portfolios and resumes either feel generic, overuse buzzwords, or fail to communicate actual strengths and systems thinking.

The project became an exploration of how positioning, storytelling, proof-of-work, and product thinking interact in modern hiring, especially in startup and AI environments.

It also gave me an excuse to rapidly prototype ideas around portfolio UX, personal positioning systems, AI-assisted career workflows, and communicating technical credibility more effectively.

How it works

PositionKit takes a few structured prompts about what you sell, who you sell to, and what makes you different, and returns sharp positioning statements you can put on a homepage or pitch deck. The structure forces specificity. The output reads as something a real person would say, not buzzword soup.

input: audience: "solo founders" product: "ai positioning tool" edge: "5 minutes, not 5 hours" ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "For solo founders, PositionKit is the fastest way to write your own homepage."
Architecture

Three pieces. Light stack, fast prototyping, no infrastructure to manage.
